Built for Riyadh

Full Privacy. Steady in the Wind.

A good screen is engineered before it is installed. These are the standards we work to — and review with you during the site visit.

  • Screen height to suit your needs — usually 150 to 200 cm above the wall or roof parapet
  • Steel posts at calculated spacing, bolted securely to the wall or roof slab
  • Gaps between slats that block views while letting air through to reduce wind load
  • Heights and local requirements for your property checked before we build
  • Anti-rust primer and an exterior paint that stands up to sun and dust

Height, post spacing and fixing strength — three numbers that decide how steady a screen stays. We measure them all on site.

FAQ

Questions About Iron Screens

If your question isn’t here, call or WhatsApp us.

What’s the difference between slat, laser-cut and corrugated screens?+

Slats give a modern look with airflow, laser-cut panels combine privacy with a distinctive pattern, and corrugated or sheet metal is a solid, economical option better suited to sites and warehouses than homes. We help you choose by location and budget.

How tall should my screen be?+

It depends on the privacy you need and what is permitted for your property — usually between 150 and 200 cm above the wall or roof parapet. We confirm the height with you on site.

Can you install a screen on my existing wall without demolition?+

Yes. We bolt the screen posts onto your wall or roof parapet after checking it is sound, adding height with no demolition or new masonry.

Will the screen stand up to Riyadh’s wind?+

We size the posts and their spacing to the screen’s length and height, leave gaps between slats where needed to reduce wind load, and fix every post securely.

Will an iron screen rust over time?+

We treat the steel with an anti-rust primer and a sun-resistant exterior paint. If rust appears after some years, we can treat it and repaint.

How long does a screen take to install?+

It depends on the length and infill type — we give you a clear delivery date after the site visit and before we start.
